Ideas into
useful things.

I’m Matthew Reeves-Hairs. Architect, tinkerer and maker. This is a collection of the personal projects I build to understand things better — and make everyday life a little easier.

The person behind the projects

Thinking it through.
Then building it.

I’m a UK-based technical architect who enjoys working with my hands as much as with my brain. My interests stretch from Python and self-hosted systems to retro computing, electronics, 3D printing and a small CNC.

Outside the technical workshop, I enjoy cooking, baking sourdough, cakes and making soups. The common thread is the pleasure of understanding a process and creating something useful.
